Check your truck – Its that time of year again…

Its time again to check your truck as it’s quite common for birds to make nests in/under your vehicle in all sorts of different places. They can nest in your vehicle quite quickly and it can happen overnight.  Your vehicle is more susceptible to birds nests if surrounded by lots of trees and birds. Also, if you live in our rural community! Over the years we’ve seen a few birds’ nests under the hood of vehicles near the engine. Today we found this one on a front crossmember. I’m pretty sure they are blackbird eggs and they’re still intact!
