We recently had a wonderful experience with a customer that truly warmed our hearts!

Before leaving the North Island, they noticed their brakes on their motorhome were starting to make a noise so had their brakes checked. They were assured there were no issues. However, after departing from the Picton Ferry terminal, they sensed something was off. A quick Google search led them to us, and we quickly discovered their brake pads were metal to metal!

So while their motor home as being repaired, we arranged a hire vehicle for them to have a good look around the Nelson area. The very next day, they surprised us with a beautiful posy of flowers as a gesture of gratitude.

It’s moments like these that remind us of how fortunate we are to have such amazing customers. Thank you for your kindness and trust in us! We’re always here to help the best way we can.
